2 Prices, Rates, and Payment Methods

A: The final price consists of:
• The starting / loading-unloading fee (fixed labor for the tow truck).
• The cost per kilometer (calculated round-trip from the home base or dispatch point).
• Special operations (if the vehicle has locked wheels, is off-road/in a ditch, or requires a crane/dolly).
The exact rate is clearly communicated to you by dispatch before the tow truck departs.

A: Yes. We have sliding platforms with a very low incline angle and extended ramps, specifically designed for low-clearance vehicles, with no risk of scraping the bumper or side skirts.
A: Yes, our fleet includes heavy-duty flatbeds (up to 3.5t – 7.5t payload capacity), capable of transporting large vans, minibuses, heavy SUVs, or industrial equipment.
A: Electric and hybrid vehicles must not be towed on their own wheels to avoid damaging the electric motors and inverter. We load them fully onto the platform, adhering strictly to the manufacturer's manual and guidelines.

4 On-Site Roadside Assistance (Without Towing)

A: Yes. Our teams are equipped with professional jump starters (12V/24V booster) and can restart your battery on the spot.
If the battery is completely faulty, we can also replace it right on-site.
A: We offer mobile tire repair (on-site puncture repair), unlocking wheel bolts/anti-theft nuts, or transporting the car / wheel to the nearest tire service shop.

We will arrive on-site and transport the car directly to an authorized service shop for fuel tank and fuel system flushing.

5 Documents, Insurance, and Direct Billing / Settlement

We issue the complete file for reimbursement on the spot or via email: tax invoice, proof of payment, transport contract (CMR), and our ARR-approved transport license.
If the accident was caused by another driver, the towing cost is 100% covered by the at-fault driver's RCA (third-party liability insurance).

Our specialized recovery vehicles are legally authorized by the Romanian Road Authority (ARR) and hold certified copies.
We can legally transport any vehicle deprived of the right to circulate on public roads.
A: For safety and theft prevention, you must show us:

6 Passenger Safety and Transport Destination
